To those glorifying Qandeel Baloch as an empowered woman who didn't listen to the world; telling others not to judge her for posting closeups of her butt cheeks and cleavage for the world to see and comment and everyone arguing that womanhood doesn't lie in a woman's sexuality; please realize that this is ONLY what Qandeel Baloch did through her videos/pictures: Objectify women as symbol of sex. She was no advocate of social rights or women empowerment. The news of her being a suppressed woman only came out a week ago and her true identity a little earlier than that! Stop Glorifying her. Yes, taking a human life is far more low-lying than the stunts she had ever pulled, and it must be condemned by all means but trending #IAmQandeel is gauche!
God forbid any one of us from being Qandeel. We all have our demons, no one is a saint but putting them on display on social media is like having Intercourse in the open. Next you see someone doing that, don't judge them either and let this society lose whatever little native values it is left over with!
